We respect your right to access and control your information, and we will respond to requests for information and, where applicable, will correct, amend, or delete your personal data. 

In such cases, we will need you to respond with proof of your identity before you can exercise these rights. Please note that applicable law might require that we cannot comply with every request. We will be required to keep your personal data due to statutory retention requirements despite your request for erasure.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, to the processing of your personal data for which consent was sought earlier. You can withdraw your consent easily by contacting us on the details given below in point 11. The withdrawal of consent previously granted for the processing does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until the withdrawal. If you have consented to our processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. However, opting out will result in cessation of the intended services. 
  • Right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India: You also have the right make a complaint to the Board, in such manner and as may be prescribed by the Board.

M&M may not be able to process any requests made in the event the user fails to identify themselves or if M&M is unable to authenticate such a user. M&M may also decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, requiring disproportionate effort, jeopardizing the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical. 

M&M shall not charge you for fulfilling any of the above requests. However, if the fulfilment of any such request leads to certain costs being incurred by M&M, then M&M will notify you prior to processing such request.
